Since each item is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Changing your mind
Ordering the wrong size
No longer wanting the item
Buyer's remorse
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
