All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.
4. Order Processing
Each item is produced specifically for your order. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
